cake time!
I used Stickles and sprinkled glitter on the cakes.
I visited Kelly Paper today. I can spend hours in that store. They have so many different types of cardstock. I've been to 3 different Kelly Paper stores, and all the employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also have sample cardstock that you can take for free. I grabbed a bunch of their speciality paper samples - shiny papers, shimmery papers, etc. Thanks for visiting! Stay warm.

Double Take
Did I tell you that twins run in my family, and my husband's family? Here's a card I made for my cousin's twins. They have one of each, a boy and a girl! Today is their christening and 1st birthday.

Happy Holiday Wishes!
Here is the link to BH&G's coconut macaroon recipe. I melted milk chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzled over the macaroons. Enjoy!

I think Jim Brickman and weddings go hand-in-hand. And just because I'm thinking of weddings, here's "Beautiful" by Jim Brickman and Wayne Brady.

antique faire
We went to the Alameda Antiques & Collectibles Faire this morning. Fun! We did a whole lot of walking. Vendors can only sell items that are 20 years old or older. Here are a few items I found.
Can't wait to use these! Over 25 yards of ribbon and lace for $6.50! One of the packages wasn't even open and it still had the original label on it, "16 yards for twenty-five cents".
I found these glass jars, circa 1930's. The seller had a surplus of glass containers and was selling them at a really great price. I've been looking for clear glass containers to store some of my wood mounted stamps and small ink pads.Saturday, November 3, 2007

Sweet Tweet stamp set by TAC (this set is retiring with the current catalog) and Embellishment Paper by Making Memories, Cosmopolitan Collection
Tomorrow we're going to Antiques by the Bay. I've never been to it before but I've heard lots of good things about it. Thanks for stopping by!

Thank You card
Here's a thank you card I'm sending out this week. All justjohanna stamps. Have a great week!
"How do you know if an angel has crossed your path? Sometimes you don't, because angels often appear as coincidences. That is, they seem like chance events, but they are really part of God's carefully orchestrated plan for your life."
