One of my favorite color combinations - Tiffany Blue & Red.
I bought this gold picture frame for $5.00 at a yard sale. Then I purchased a foam board and covered it with white fabric. Total cost for the display board, $9.00.
I made these escort cards using pre-laser cut paper, red ribbons and blue rhinestones.
I embellished these escort cards with blue ribbons, red velvet ribbons and heart charms.

Where do you get the pocket holder for the escort card?
I made the pocket holders for the escort cards. I glued red velvet ribbon on the flaps.
